This policy explains how Scalvora LLC (“Scalvora Group,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with scalvoragroup.com and in connection with our operating ventures, including StartAnARF.

- Basic technical data that our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records when you visit this site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
This website does not have accounts, does not sell anything, and does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, operate and improve our ventures, keep our sites secure, and meet legal obligations.
Text messaging
Text messages related to a venture’s inquiry process, such as those sent by StartAnARF, are sent only to people who gave consent on that venture’s web form, and are governed by that venture’s privacy policy and SMS terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as Cloudflare (hosting), Twilio (text messaging), and Resend (email), only to provide their services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@scalvoragroup.com or calling (562) 966-0979. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Our services are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
